Your feet are very much the foundations of your body, just like a building. If they are out of alignment, weaknesses and faults can occur in the rest of your body. Heel, ankle, knee pain, Achilles tendonitis and forefoot pain can usually be treated with orthotics, or insoles.

How does it work?

Podiatric orthotics are custom-made insoles, worn inside the shoe to treat foot-related conditions as diverse as Plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, mortons neuroma, arthritis and bunions. The Bell Practice uses 3D printed orthotics, fully bespoke to your feet with a 3 year warranty on the orthotic shell. 

We take a 3D scan of your foot and the orthotic is 3D printed. They are effective in treating associated back, hip, knee and foot pain. Orthotics adjust your foot posture and thus the way you walk to increase balance and comfort, along with assisting in redistributing pressure away from the problem area, for instance offloading a corn or painful knee joint.
